تأشيرة الطالب في ماليزيا (EMGS): كيف تتم الخطوات

لا يقدّم الطالب طلب التأشيرة بنفسه في معظم الحالات: بعد صدور القبول تقدّم الجامعة الطلب عبر EMGS. دورك أن تجهّز المستندات الصحيحة في وقتها، ودورنا أن نجهّزها معك ونتابع الطلب.

الترتيب

أولاً خطاب القبول من الجامعة. لا يبدأ طلب التأشيرة قبله.
تجهيز المستندات المطلوبة مع مستشارك، وتدقيقها قبل الإرسال حتى لا يتأخر الطلب.
تقدّم الجامعة الطلب عبر EMGS، ويمكنك متابعة حالته بنفسك على موقع EMGS.
الفحص الطبي، ثم خطاب الموافقة (VAL) عند الموافقة على الطلب.
السفر إلى ماليزيا: نرتّب الاستقبال من مطار كوالالمبور ونساعدك في السكن والتسجيل.

ملاحظات مهمة

القرار النهائي بيد الجهات المختصة، ولا يستطيع أحد ضمان نتيجة الطلب.
تُدفع رسوم الجامعة للجامعة مباشرة بفاتورة رسمية.
تأكد دائماً من المتطلبات الحالية على الموقع الرسمي لـ EMGS لأنها قد تتغير.

The Malaysian student visa (EMGS): how it works

In most cases the student does not apply for the visa alone: after the offer, the university submits the application through EMGS. Your part is to prepare the right documents on time; ours is to prepare them with you and follow the application.

The order

First the offer letter from the university. The visa application does not start before it.
Preparing the required documents with your advisor, and checking them before sending so the application is not delayed.
The university submits the application through EMGS, and you can track its status yourself on the EMGS website.
The medical check, then the approval letter (VAL) once the application is approved.
Travel to Malaysia: we arrange airport pickup in Kuala Lumpur and help with housing and registration.

Good to know

The final decision rests with the authorities, and nobody can guarantee the result of an application.
University fees are paid to the university directly against its official invoice.
Always check the current requirements on the official EMGS website, because they can change.
